JY-90 cable extruder is a high-performance cable manufacturing equipment designed for extrusion processing of various materials such as PVC, PE, XLPE, TPU, WDZ, etc. This equipment adopts advanced Siemens PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, ensuring easy operation and stable performance, suitable for efficient production of wire and cable insulation and sheath.

Applicable materials

The JY-90 cable extruder can be widely used for the processing of the following materials:

PVC: Suitable for insulation and sheath of ordinary cables

PE: Suitable for insulation layer of communication cables and power cables

XLPE: Suitable for the insulation layer of cross-linked polyethylene cables

TPU: Suitable for cable sheaths with high elasticity and wear resistance requirements
